* NEW FILE: bin/blackbox_initialize: Automates enabling BB for a repo (creates directories, files, and updates .gitignore).

* NEW FILE: tools/confidence_test.sh: A battery of tests to verify operations.
* NEW FILE: bin/Makefile: Automate package creation.
